by texting zemi, you agree to receive sms replies from zemi at the number you use to text her. message and data rates may apply. reply STOP to unsubscribe, START to rejoin, or HELP for help.

who zemi is for

zemi is for people 16 and older. if zemi learns that someone texting her is under 16, from a birth date or an age they give, she says so, stops the conversation, and erases what she has about them. for people who are 16 or 17, she reminds them at least every three hours that she is an ai and suggests a break, keeps romance and anything sexual out of every message, and sends no shopping finds or watch alerts. the safety page has the details.

shopping links

when you send zemi a product, or ask her to find or watch one, she may reply with a link to the store’s own checkout. a purchase is between you and that store: the store sets the price, takes the payment, ships it and handles returns. zemi never sees, stores or charges a payment card. links carry a tag that tells the store the visit came from zemi. if zemi is ever paid a commission on a link, the message with that link will say so.

no brand or store pays zemi to be recommended, ranked higher or mentioned, and there are no ads or sponsored picks. what she sends comes from what you asked for, what you’ve told her about your style, size and stores, and what the store’s own page says. whether a store pays a commission is never part of that choice.

watches and finds

zemi starts a shopping text in only three cases: a watch you set on one item; finds, which are off unless you text YES FINDS; and one question after you buy something, described below. finds are for people 18 and over. they come as often as you tell zemi (once a week until you say, never more than once a day), only when something passes her standard, between 9am and 8pm your time. reply STOP FINDS to end finds, “stop watching” to end watches, or STOP to end all texts. none of this is required to use zemi or to buy anything. details are on the finds and watches page.

after you tap a checkout link zemi sent, or tell her you ordered something, she may text once 10 to 21 days later to ask whether it stayed or went back, so she can size the next one around it. it’s one question per purchase, at most one every five days, between 10am and 9pm your time and never to anyone she knows is under 18. she stops asking after two go unanswered. reply “stop asking” to one of these questions to end them. STOP still ends all texts.

zemi gives opinionated guidance based on what you share. you are responsible for your choices, purchases, relationships, and safety.

availability

sms delivery and model responses can fail or be delayed. zemi may change, pause, or stop parts of the service during beta.
